Important Note - Real Player has recently upgraded their player. If movies are not running please update your Real Player here - make sure you select the Free Player, you will not need the upgrade. If you are a MEMBER (as opposed to a Pay-Per-View, Pay-Per-Minute or All Access Pass customer) of any of our websites and are being shown a billing page, simply shut down your browser and reboot your computer, clear your cache files by hitting the F5 key (it's just above the row of numbers keys across the top of the keyboard) a few times, then reenter the site from the members entrance button on the home page of the site. What is "pay-per-minute" and how does it work?
Our pay-per-minute system allows you to watch any of our videos while only paying for the actual minutes of each video that you watch. You will only pay for the time you spend watching movies. Our top package offers a rate lower than 8 cents per minute. Since our average user only spends around 5 min. watching movies each time they visit this allows you to get in & get off for only $0.40.

Simply click either High, Medium or Low on the movie you want to watch. If you have a broadband connection (Cable Internet or DSL) click the High link for the highest quality video. If you are using a dial up service like AOL, you will need to click Low for the low bandwidth version of the movie. The quality of these versions is lower, but will allow them to be viewed using dialup Internet service.

We offer 10 Free minutes to all new visitors. You don't need to put in your credit card and you will NOT be billed. You never have to worry about any monthly fees or unexpected bills. You are only billed for time that you purchase beyond your free minutes and your unused minutes never expire.

IMPORTANT - Tech Support Info. Refer to this info in the unusual event that you have problems watching the full-length movies -
1. If you receive an Access Denied message when you login to watch a movie then you probably have a popup blocker and/or firewall software installed on your computer. These types of softwares interfere with the way our system authenticates you as a valid user. You will need to disable these softwares while you are watching movies.

NOTE: If you are using Windows XP, your computer came with a firewall already installed and you will need to disable it. Go to the Control Panel and double-click the Network Connections icon. In the dial-up, DSL, or cable connection dialog that appears, check the Status column. If your firewall is on, it will say Firewalled. You can turn the firewall off with the checkbox. Don't forget to re-enable them when you close down for the day.

2. For Members Only - If you are trying to access the members home page by clicking the link in an e-mail, accessing it from a bookmark, etc., you will receive an access denied message. Go to the home page of the website you joined and enter from there by clicking on the members entrance. This is really important as it allows our server to identify your username and password as having been authenticated to access movies. If the system cannot authenticate you, you will get an error message when trying to watch movies in the full-length movies section.

3. If you receive a download prompt when you press the PLAY button this means that you do not have Real Player installed on your machine. You can download the new Real Player here, it's free. You need Realplayer 9 or better. This is important! If your player is old you will need to remove it and reinstall the newer version of the player, you can use the link above to upgrade your player to Realplayer 9 or RealOne for free.

4. There are certain aspects of our system that are beyond our control. If you have a slow connection (i.e. phone line access) and/or use a large service provider (i.e.: AOL) you will probably experience slow connections or buffering connections more than usual. There is also the problem of net congestion. Even if you are connecting through a high-speed line there are still times that the internet is so congested with traffic that you will get these types of problems. It is akin to trying to merge onto the Interstate during 5:00 traffic. All of these parameters are out of our control and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may be causing you.

5. If Real Player continues to ask you for a username and password and does not allow you to view a movie there could be a couple of reasons. One reason would be an out of date version of Real Player, another would be entering an incorrect username and/or password. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive so enter them exactly as you did when you signed up for the site.

Please email susan@videoteam.com with your username and I will take a look and get back to you. If you cannot log into the members section if you have an incorrect username and/or password. Contact me at susan@videoteam.com and I will look up your Username/Passwords for you.

If you have tried these things and are still receiving error messages, try going another site completely (i.e.: go to yahoo.com), hit the F5 key at the top of your keyboard a few times to empty your cache and then re-enter the site following the instructions in #2 of these instructions. If this doesn't help please send an email to Tech Support (susan@videoteam.com) stating the problem and I will respond to you by email within 24 hours.
