By becoming a member of this service (the "Service"), you become a subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement (the "Agreement"). As a subscriber, you agree to periodically review these terms of service as they are subject to change at any time. Your continued use of this Service constitutes your acknowledgement of any changes or modifications to this Agreement and you agree to abide and be bound by the modified Agreement.

Fees will be incurred by the subscriber based upon the terms of the subscription. Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic fees according to the billing terms chose at the time of initial sign up.

Unless and until this Agreement is cancelled in accordance with the terms hereof, subscriber hereby authorizes the "Service" to charge subscriber's credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership. Subscription may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform billing of the following. Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a User ID or password. Until Metro Content, LLC.. is notified, via e-mail, of a breach in security, the subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. Upon request, Metro Content, LLC.. will provide subscriber with copies of billing records that support charges for use of the Service.

Payment for the appropriate services may be made by automatic credit card debit. Membership will automatically be renewed for the original term upon expiration unless membership is cancelled no less than 24 hours before scheduled charge of subscription fees.

Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time and without cause by either Metro Content, LLC.. or the subscriber upon notification to the other via e-mail. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of Service.

Trial Subscriptions: When you purchase a trial subscription, you agree that Metro Media Entertainment, LLC.. may immediately authorize your credit card in the amount equal to the monthly rate. Metro Media Entertainment, LLC.. will only charge that amount to your credit card if you elect not to terminate your trial subscription prior to becoming a regular subscriber. If you decide to terminate your trial subscription, you must do so prior to the end of the Trial Period and you will not be charged any further. If you do not cancel prior to the end of the Trial Period, you are agreeing to continue as a regular subscriber and you authorize Metro Content, LLC.. to charge your credit card the monthly rate on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. Regular Subscriptions: When you purchase a regular subscription, or if you do not cancel your Trial subscription prior to the end of the trial period, you authorize Metro Content, LLC.. to charge your credit card for monthly subscription fees according to the billing terms for the Service. You are responsible for paying monthly subscription fees according to the billing terms. For your convenience, all Subscriptions will automatically renew until cancelled. Subscription rates are subject to change at any time without notice. You are liable for any subscription charges incurred by you up to and until cancellation of the Service. Subscribers are responsible for providing all communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of a User ID and a password. Each subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. For security reasons, Metro Content, LLC.. will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

No warranty is made by Envision, Net, Inc. regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Service, and Metro Media Entertainment, LLC.. hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including, without limitation: any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services, and; any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the above exclusion may not apply to you.
